Hey, ich bin Caroline von moselmakery und biete verschiedene Kreativworkshops in Trier an. Ob allein, mit Freunden oder als Team – kreiere ein flauschiges Unikat beim tufting, knüpfe einzigartige Makramee-Kunstwerke oder gestalte individuelle Punch-needle-Projekte.

Hey, I’m Caroline from Moselmakery, offering a variety of creative workshops in Trier. Whether you come on your own, with friends, or as a team – create your own fluffy one-of-a-kind piece through tufting, knot unique macramé artworks, or design your very own punch needle project.

FAQ

  • Die Tufting-Maschine ist schwer und nicht ganz ungefährlich. Deshalb ist der Workshop ab 12 Jahren in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen und ab 16 Jahren alleine möglich.

    The tufting machine is heavy and not entirely risk-free. Therefore, the workshop is available from age 12 with an adult and from age 16 independently.

  • Keine! Vorkenntnisse oder besondere Kreativität sind nicht nötig. Alles, was du brauchst, ist Lust aufs Handwerk und darauf, etwas Neues auszuprobieren.

    Not at all! No previous experience or special creativity is needed. All you need is a love for making things and the desire to try something new.

  • Leider nein. 3D-Trimming ist deutlich zeitaufwendiger und erfordert viel Erfahrung. Im Workshop arbeiten wir daher mit klassischen Konturen und einer gleichmäßigen Florhöhe.

    Unfortunately, no. 3D trimming takes considerably more time and requires a lot of experience. In the workshop, we focus on clean outlines and an even pile height.

  • Ja. Wir arbeiten mit hochwertigem Garn aus 100 % Schafswolle sowie einer 70/30 Acryl-Woll-Mischung. Bei einer Wollallergie oder -empfindlichkeit solltest du dies bei der Buchung beachten.

    Please take note if you are allergic or sensitive to wool. We work with high-quality 100% sheep wool yarn as well as a 70/30 acrylic-wool blend.


  • Beim Tuften wird es etwas staubig, außerdem arbeiten wir mit Öl, Kleber und scharfkantigen Materialien. Daher lieber bequeme Kleidung tragen, die auch mal etwas abbekommen darf.

    Tufting can get a little dusty, and we also work with oil, glue and sharp-edged materials. So please wear comfortable clothes that can handle getting a little messy.

  • Der Workshop ist deine kreative Me-Time. Da das Atelier klein, laut und staubig ist, ist leider nur Platz für die gebuchten Teilnehmer:innen.


    The workshop is your creative me-time. As the studio is small, noisy and dusty, there is unfortunately only room for the booked participants.

  • Gerne! Du darfst Snacks und Getränke mitbringen und jederzeit eine Pause machen. Ein riesiges Picknick sollte es allerdings nicht werden.

    Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks and take a break whenever you like. Just please don’t turn it into a giant picnic.

  • Unter „Atelier“ findest du alle Infos zur Anfahrt. Parken kannst du direkt vor dem Gebäude.

    You’ll find directions to the moselmakery studio under “Atelier”. Parking is available directly in front of the building.
